I have family in Minnesota who have a cabin on Lake Ida, and every summer my family and I go spend time at their cabin. We love to kayak and explore the lake, which has the most beautiful lily pads and trees. One on of those trips, I took the photo for this piece, and to me it brings to mind of warm summer days, spent on our special spot by the lake.
