When I was a kid, all I drew was horses (definitely could be described as “horse crazy”, ha!). I haven’t portrayed a lot of horses since I started my art career, and want to go back to my roots and return to a favorite subject of mine. I own a palomino horse named Lady, and this piece, while not intended to be a depiction of her, looks very much like her!
